Who is eligible to apply?+

Exceptional Jewish high-school seniors and university graduates with extraordinary STEM potential, from anywhere in the world.

What does the 7-year commitment actually involve?+

3 years of intensive academic and leadership training, followed by 4 years working on advanced technological challenges inside Israel's innovation ecosystem. See the Program Structure and Commitment pages for the full breakdown.

Where does the training take place?+

Fellows pursue accelerated STEM degrees at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem during the Training Phase.

Is religious observance required?+

Beresheet welcomes Jewish STEM talent across the full spectrum of observance and background — this is about identity and excellence, not religious practice.

What happens if I'm not accepted?+

Given the program's selectivity, most applicants will not be admitted in a given cycle. We encourage strong candidates to reapply in future cohorts.
